I am very happy to have found a wonderful new venue for my Autumn retreat. Immersed in beautiful countryside, Purusha offers ethical, eco- friendly accommodation with a real sense of luxury. 

The Yoga

Our weekend begins at 4pm on Friday with a welcoming yoga session in the wonderful Kula Dome. Throughout the course of the weekend we will explore what foundation means to you, where and how you might source your stability and groundedness, and use this to experience a greater sense of freedom in your life. Yoga, somatic movement, breathwork, meditation and nidra, dance, and art play will be spread throughout the weekend.

Plenty to do but also, space and time to simply enjoy being. In your spare time …. fire up your private hot tub, wander in nature, visit the Tea Hut or get cosy by the wood burner and simply chill out!

My yoga is informed by ‘yoga as therapy’. I offer creative, exploratory teachings drawn from different forms and lineages. Practices are informative, nourishing and usually fun!

I enedavour to offer a range of options so people with varying experience of yoga can enjoy the practices at the level which suits. Speak to me if you have particular questions regarding suitability.

The Venue and Area

Purusha is a very special place in a peaceful back to nature setting. This handcrafted retreat venue is set on a beautiful family run farm in the Lincolnshire countryside and is run with the highest ethical and sustainable values, ideal for connecting and inviting rejuvenation.

Nature is at the heart of all the spaces at Purusha. Woodland walks, glades, flower meadows and a lily-pad strewn lake are the settings for the group spaces and accommodation domes. We will enjoy sustainable luxury in the countryside, enjoying the natural world without abandoning modern comforts.

The team at Purusha pride themselves on providing the feeling of total immersion in nature, alongside the private, personal, and peaceful luxury rarely found in today’s fast paced world. This will be a time for you to de-stress, de-tech, unplug and wind down.

If by any chance, you feel like a trip out… the beautiful cathedral city of Lincoln is around 20 minutes drive away.

The Accommodation

Accommodation is in one of the 7 luxury domes each situated in a private woodland glade where you can also enjoy….

The Food

We will be served 6 delicious, nutritious meals across the weekend.  Food will be vegetarian throughout ,and provided by the wonderful Holly’s Garden Kitchen. Holly loves to cook with the seasons and aims to use as much produce from her local kitchen garden as possible. Particular dietary needs may be catered for with prior notice, so please enure you let me know what you need.

In addition tea, herbal teas and coffee are available to us throughout the day from the Tea Hut.

Pricing

The following accommodation is available:

• 2 single occupancy domes – £695 – FULLY BOOKED
• 5 twin share/ double domes – £555 pp

The cost includes:

• Accommodation as outlined
• All yoga and activities
• Food as specified
• Use of the Tea Hut throughout the day

The cost excludes:

• Insurance. – It is the responsibility of the guest to ensure they are covered by travel insurance which covers for cancellation, health etc. Please ensure you have adequate cover.
• Alcohol
• Travel costs

Additional Information

Who will this weekend suit? – This weekend retreat is suitable for all yogi levels. Complete beginners are very welcome to come along. All that is required is that you bring an open mind and a willingness to learn and adjust as advised. For those with more experience in their practice, there will be an opportunity to re-visit basics with a new eye, learn new stuff and use all this to refresh and deepen your practice.

Please note: The week is not suitable for people who are only interested in strong physical yoga as a variety of practices will be offered.

Please note, your booking cannot be confirmed until I receive your booking form.
A deposit of £200 will reserve your place with the balance due 8 weeks before departure. Please pay by bank transfer.

The deposit is non refundable should you decide to cancel.

If you cancel within 8 weeks of the retreat, I will be unable to make any refund and the full cost will be due.
