Yoga & Movement Workshops
What is a workshop?
I hold regular workshops. These range between 2 and 6 hours and offer a great opportunity to explore a theme or aspect of yoga practice in much greater depth. In addition to progressing in our asana (postures) I also offer varied teachings on yoga anatomy, philosophy, using yoga to inform how we live, yogic myths and storytelling. A really good way to expand your knowledge of yourself and your practice!
How to Book
Booking is essential for all workshops. Please make advance payment to reserve your place.
I am unable to make refunds. If you need to cancel please give 48 hours notice. Your payment can then be transferred to another event.

Being with Yourself – Yin Yoga and Yoga Nidra
Life provides us with a stream of distractions, committments, and demands. Step away for a while and join me for this soothing hug of a practice. We will settle, embrace patience, and move steadily towards stillness and deepening. Along the way we will pick up the benefits of regulation, rest, and replenishment.
The practice will close with a soothing yoga nidra.
